Who You Are:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they align with company goals, and are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for growth. What You Are Accountable For:
- Project Management Expertise: Skilled in managing and overseeing multiple sales and marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ability to effectively liaise between sales, marketing, and other departments (e.g., Premium Services, Accounting, Business Development) to ensure alignment and project success.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Experience in assisting with the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to meet corporate goals.
- Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Proficient in preparing, managing, and tracking project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial objectives.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze project data, sales, and marketing efforts, identifying opportunities for growth and recommending improvements.
- Leadership & Team Coordination: Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, coordinating department heads, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency.
- Time Management & Multitasking: Expertise in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing tasks for optimal project delivery.
- Contract Management: Experience supporting contract negotiations and ensuring all terms are met with clients and suppliers, maintaining high service standards.
- Content & Calendar Management: Proficient in managing content calendars and coordinating schedules to meet marketing deadlines and goals.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and services.
- Risk Management: Adept at identifying potential risks within projects and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to represent the CMO and other leadership in meetings and inquiries.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Skilled at resolving project-related issues and conflicts, finding solutions that align with overall project goals.
- Familiarity with Project Management Tools: Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) to track progress and facilitate collaboration.
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in sales and marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies with the ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project, to track progress and ensure collaboration.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial tracking, ensuring projects stay within scope and meet financial objectives.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Premium Services, Accounting, and Business Development.

Physical Requirements:
