WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Regional Photo Manager ensures that all Venu product lines located at our customer sites are maintained effectively and efficiently keeping in mind Venu and customer standards of safety, functionality, and show quality. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all photo operations within your assigned region. You will work closely with photographers, editors, and other teams to ensure that our photos are of the highest quality and meet the company's standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing personnel, daily operations, and business strategy for locations within the region
Ensure delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing guest/customer satisfaction, financial metrics (including P&L, profitability, and labor usage
Accountable for the supervision of employee training and development, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures

Consistently engage in communication and collaboration with colleagues to ensure alignment and strategic coherence across all regions
Ensure proper staff scheduling are being completed and communicated on-time
Establish and maintain positive and successful relations with all venue B2B clients.
Protect company confidential data and ensure secure areas are always locked, this includes company computers containing sensitive data, safes and filing cabinets.
Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU policies and procedures.
Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS
4 years of leadership experience in theme park, hospitality, retail management or another environment with a strong customer focus background
Ability to analyze results, plan, make good decisions, and take responsibility
Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive manner
Working knowledge of computers and applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation for travel within assigned region
Professional, energetic, and positive attitude
Able to work in outdoor/indoor environments
