Job Summary
Venus et Fleur is seeking a dynamic, highly creative Visual Merchandising lead to execute and create a memorable customer shopping experience in all our boutiques for Valentine’s Day. This contract position will be responsible for the execution and creation of in-store and window displays as well as visual merchandising strategies to deliver a best-in-class experience for the season.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Executive and Retail leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life at our 9 boutiques creating visuals that are adept for our A-doors, B-doors, and C-doors.
- Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation that ties into our Valentine’s Day campaign in accordance with brand standards to enhance the customer experience, increase traffic, and drive store sell-through.
- Identify and develop unique design specifications by door category in keeping with established seasonal themes.
- For each installation, manage the procurement and compilation of creative and aesthetic elements for windows, including wallpaper, paint, furniture, fabrics, lighting and decorative prop elements.
- Plan and prep, in keeping with a Valentine’s Day creative calendar and launches, for at least two installations or floor changes.
- Manage the installation of all interior/window changeovers, including production of any interior sets, on-site prop handling, prop placement, and rigging.
- Develop and execute VM flips, including window activations, product styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as company-driven product initiatives and campaigns.
- Responsible for driving consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories within the store.
- Collaborate with the store teams, ensuring key products are selected and well displayed to maximize business opportunities
- Conduct walkthrough of locations in partnership with Retail/Store leadership, identifying opportunities to improve and enhance the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the boutique, including the overall product storytelling of each store.
- Know and be aware of creative competition, learn from what you see outside of your immediate environment and report back to management on observations and insights.
