This role is responsible for the Implementation of multiple Quality and Operational Excellence
initiatives within the Region in North America. This position will report directly to the Global Quality
Director for ES Services and will partner extensively with Global Supply Chain COE (Centers of
Excellence), Expert Ops COE and the Regional Leadership team they are assigned to.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing practical and innovative ways
to meet goals. Work may be less defined in scope and this leader will have the business acumen
and experience to achieve strategic objectives. This role has the ability to affect short-term and long-
term business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes
- Address quality, service, and cost issues proactively to assure customer satisfaction and compliance to regulations
- Analyze company processes and procedures
- Perform root cause analysis of errors and discrepancies and implement corrective measures and processe
- Develop process enhancement strategies
- Establish goals, work plans, and budgets such that cost is controlled and highest quality results are achieved
- Create and maintain a communication plan to provide stakeholders with adequate information concerning business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction
- Educate and coach others on Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence philosophies and applications
- Train, mentor, and guide team members in new processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to use Quality Processes such as Lean, Six Sigma
Education & Experience
Required:
- University degree/certificate for Engineering, Science or similar technical field
- Experience with KPIs, performance management and quality management processes
- At least 5 years of leadership experience
- At least 3 years of root cause analysis / corrective action, process optimization, or business management experience
- At least 10 years of working experience within operational excellence, Six Sigma or continuous improvement framework.
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a matrix organization
Desired Characteristics:
- Additional leadership experience in the areas of Operations, Manufacturing, or Quality is preferred
- Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
- Customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
