Business Development Manager
Role Summary - The Business Development Manager will serve as the primary sales and
account management representative to the assigned accounts, demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the CMS business segment, focusing on commercial growth, gaining new and maintaining existing valued customer relationships, and achieving significant new business development. This individual will utilize experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. This position is assigned to work remotely to support the business development strategy for the assigned industries. - Analyze and expand new business development towards sustained growth
- Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
- Develop relationships from FEL/PPP through release, including follow up with end
- Executes process engineering deliverables for assigned industries and end-user

Qualifications
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical),
product or customer support position in the Water Treatment/Water Process industry)
- Typically has at least ten years progressive sales experience in a related field with a
pricing and project finance, financial models and spreadsheets. Demonstrates
effective technical and proposal writing. At least five years progressive experience
within a refinery, chemical plant, or water/wastewater treatment environment with
thorough knowledge of the methods, techniques, principles, and practices of water
and/or process treatment.
- Working knowledge of Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering
- Have excellent organization skills and are able to work on multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions and to communicate with staff to
- Experience managing proposals through commercial closure.
- Abilities in multidisciplinary project teamwork and coordination.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability and willingness to travel within territory, as required
- Ability and willingness to reside in assigned region, or within customer proximity
- Work frequently in a heavy industrial environment requiring use of Personal Safety
of those found in refinery, chemical plants, power plants, etc., as required
- Ability and willingness to comply with stringent drug testing and background check
- Demonstrated Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills including MS Office, and
