We have an outstanding opportunity for a People Technology Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing our HR technology landscape, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for navigating complex, multi-cultural environments.
This key role supports leadership’s strategic and tactical objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to HR and IT Leadership Teams, Key Subject Matter Experts, and client interface for the organization’s People Technology portfolio which includes HCM/HXM, Compensation, Security, Recruiting, and Onboarding, as well as other HR system touchpoints (Kronos, ADP, etc.). You’ll regularly collaborate with other People Technology and HR Teams at the global level to help advance the collective technology capabilities of Veolia. As a People Technology Manager at Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions, you will:
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, HR, and IT departments to understand business requirements and align technology solutions with organizational goals.
- Problem Solve: Utilize your problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to our People Technology systems and processes. Lead user support, systems administration, and mass data management activities which include systems maintenance, data conversion, table maintenance, integration monitoring, mass data uploads, and configuration functions for People Technology applications
- Cultural Adaptability: Thrive in our culturally diverse environment, adapting to different perspectives and collaborating effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds.
- Big Picture Focus: Maintain a clear vision of the overall HR technology landscape and how it aligns with the broader organizational strategy, ensuring that individual projects contribute to the larger mission. Manage and deliver large, complex People Technology projects and system implementations
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: You will play a critical role in optimizing and expanding our use of this platform while looking for opportunities to integrate genuinely useful technologies into our ecosystem
- Project Management: Lead and contribute to the successful delivery of complex People Technology projects and system implementations. This includes project planning, execution, monitoring, and post-implementation support.
- M&A: Experience guiding HR technology systems and processes through mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, system integration planning, data migration, and change management. Experience in harmonizing HR platforms, policies, and workflows across merged organizations while ensuring minimal disruption to employee experience and business operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and orchestrating multiple HR systems and platforms, including HRIS, ATS, performance management, and payroll systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality across the HR technology ecosystem.
- Experience navigating M&A activities and harmonizing systems, workflows, and policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Previous experience managing global People Technology projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Business Administration with a focus on HR/IT.
