Strategic Planning & Communication:
- Strategize and manage the execution of visual merchandising projects to enhance the brand experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Sales, Product Development (PD), and Planning & Allocation, to align on seasonal strategies, product launches, and overarching goals.
- Attend cross-functional meetings to gather and share information on product assortments, marketing stories, and display strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Visual Merchandising team and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of visual projects.
- Own and oversee all RBE Photo Studio operations, including sample flow, shot list compilation, and styling for directives across all channels (Full Line, Factory, and Indirect).
- Develop, maintain, and distribute project calendars for all visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate all floor set calls and recordings across channels.
- Lead the creation and distribution of visual merchandising communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design, development, and copywriting.
- Partner with the Visual Senior Manager to conceptualize and execute seasonal product presentations, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and sales goals.
- Oversee seasonal showroom setups, including creative installations, from planning through execution within budget constraints.
- Scale showroom concepts for fleet-wide implementation, maintaining brand standards and visual integrity.
- Provide in-season merchandising solutions and adjustments based on business needs and selling initiatives.
- Using creative design software, create comprehensive field visual guidelines for both Brand and Outlet stores to ensure ease of understanding and effective implementation in the field.
- Manage, train, and inspire the Studio Coordinator, fostering development and growth within the role.
- Partner with vendors on store installations, visual collateral development, and project execution.
- Monitor and manage budgets for showroom and window projects, providing timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for visual merchandising projects, including internal displays, corporate setups, and special events.
- Maintain and update visual merchandising data in Crosscap, ensuring accuracy and accessibility across all channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, styling, or interior design, preferably in upscale/luxury gift, apparel, or home industries.
- Previous management experience is highly desirable.

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- High level of creativity and strong visual aesthetic.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
