- Collect and consolidate the scope of work for digital marketing projects, taking into account the needs of the business, internal stakeholders and the brand
- Support the digital marketing team through the planning, coordination and execution of business-critical initatives including:
- Write thorough project briefs for email, site assets or other digital marketing initiatives
- Identify resource team needed to successfully complete the project tasks
- Set and adhere to project deadlines across both internal contributors and external vendors
- Manage projects through their lifecycle, including keeping project status reports and documentation up-to-date
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to become critical point of contact for digital marketing projects and their completion
- Coordinate the review & approval process of projects both internally and externally
- Initiate and lead all project meetings in collaboration with digital marketing team to establish clear goals and next steps for team members
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across cross-functional teams to improve internal processes
- Determine project risks on a continual basis escalate issues as needed
- Support the marketing calendars for digital marketing initiatives, and communicate and distribute them on schedule and as needed by key stakeholders
- Monitor the success of projects through continued tracking of key performance indicators as outlined by digital marketing team
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in Marketing, Advertising or related field)
- 1-2 years project coordination experience
- Marketing agency or corporate/marketing communications department experience preferred
- Passion for a path in brand marketing in a retail environment
- Knowledge of graphic design a plus

- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic retail marketing environment
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport with both internal and external customers and to handle situations with confidence and tact
- Understands key business drivers and uses this knowledge in own work
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Power Point and Excel
