Operations Director
Operations professional with a proven track record of success in administrative, managerial and operational aspects. You're not only a strategic thinker but also someone who enjoys getting into the details to solve problems and improve processes. Your leadership style is collaborative and motivational, and you're eager to bring your expertise to our team. You have also partnered with internal cross-functional teams such as Sales and Logistics Management to identify discrepancies in their processes and adjust accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations using a hands-on approach, using data driven insights ensuring efficiency and compliance, while also considering long term company strategies. Distribute and organize work orders, including response to risk assessment findings.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and allocate resources effectively. Review the accuracy of financial documentation in support of services by internal and external sources in support of services. Strong negotiation skills. Perform quarterly reports, ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and presentation of each department’s performance.
- Team Development: Lead and support multiple teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. Establish department goals and objectives that support the companies’ strategic plan.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement creative solutions in operations, enhancing productivity and scalability.
- Support Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational goals, aligning resources and processes to meet organizational objectives. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Technology: High proficiency with operational and productivity software (e.g., data analysis and project management).

Qualifications:
- Several years of operational experience.
- 5 years of management or leadership
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI)
