Currently, we are searching for an Account Executive to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients across industries to generate new business and grow Veracity’s market presence.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships by delivering tailored IT consulting and technology solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and support long-term growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and craft compelling proposals.
- Represent Veracity at industry events to boost visibility, build strategic partnerships, and gather market insights.
- Track emerging technology investments to inform go-to-market strategies and position Veracity as a forward-thinking advisor.
- Partner with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract execution—by aligning solutions with client business goals.
- Collaborate with internal experts and leadership to deliver innovative, client-focused consulting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and co-develop go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
- Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain data integrity to support informed decision-making.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance client satisfaction, streamline delivery, and boost efficiency.
- Continuously refine sales strategies using insights from data, client feedback, and market shifts.
Qualifications:
- 5 years sales experience in IT Services or software solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field experience.
- Demonstrated success in business development and managing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
