Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to join our growing ServiceNow team in a 100% remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management processes for our clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical architecture, and lead the deployment of ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITX Workflows
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with business needs and IT strategy
- Define and document technical architecture, design specifications, and best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations
- Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet project requirements
- Ensure effective integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Communicate architectural design decisions and ITSM / ITOM / ITAM strategies to various audiences
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation process
- Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies
- Conduct reviews of design and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards and quality benchmarks
- Perform risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies for potential issues
- Keep all ServiceNow Certifications current and up to date
Minimum Job Qualifications :
