Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop applications, workflows, and solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Configure and customize Power Platform solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Optimize workflows and processes, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on Power Platform solutions and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, system configurations, and process workflows.
- Support project managers by communicating status updates, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project components.
- Research and propose cutting-edge solutions to improve efficiency and scalability for clients.
- Offer remote support to resolve critical issues as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3 years of experience in private industry.
- Demonstrable experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong ability to gather and document functional requirements and design technical solutions.
- Experience in training, support, or consulting roles.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Prior experience in NGE (Non-profit, Government, and Education), Healthcare, or Tribal Government industries.
- Familiarity with related compliance or professional standards.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven applications).
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate for creating workflows and automations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for developing data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze and gather requirements effectively.
- Skilled in system configuration and integration techniques.
