We are looking for a competent Promotions Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our clients' customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach. The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into profitable long-term relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute innovative in-store marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic promotional plans and ensure seamless campaign implementation.
  • Take a leadership role in fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment, driving results.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to maximize their success and career growth.
  • Keep up to date with client promotions, industry trends, and new initiatives to provide informed solutions.
  • Support new customer acquisition and retention by ensuring team members consistently represent clients in a professional manner, adhering to brand standards and compliance guidelines.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience, with a track record of driving results.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly goal-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a knack for understanding client needs.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
