Veracode is seeking a Solutions Architecture intern to join our 12-week Summer Internship Program.
You will learn who you want to be when you grow up. Or at least you’ll find out what you don’t want to be. You will get real world experience working on projects supporting a highly technical business function. The projects will enhance business and technical skills in software development and testing, as well as the areas of presentation and public speaking, technical writing, and security research. You will gain experience in cybersecurity with a focus in application security concepts and best practices. You will also be exposed to application security consulting, penetration testing, DevOps, and adjacent technologies such as single sign-on, Identity & Access Management, CNAPP, ASPM, and AI. You will be exposed to multiple business departments such as sales, marketing, customer success, security/compliance, legal, product management, and engineering.

Key Aspects of the Role:
- Porting VeraDemo application (C#, JAVA) to a different language (Perl, Android, iOS.)
- Updating existing VeraDemo applications with more security flaws
- Build integrations to IAM solutions such as SailPoint and Saviyant using APIs
- Build integrations to AppSec adjacent solutions using APIs
- Build integrations into SDLC solutions such as GitHub, GitLab, etc.
- Consolidate competitive research and distill for actionable results
- Refresh documentation of internal tools and assets
- Presentation of completed projects to the team
- Shadowing Solution Architects, Security Consultants, and other Veracode department colleagues
- Preferred majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as JAVA, C#, GO, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or SWIFT.
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025-May 2027.
- Must be able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) between June 3 – August 22, 2025 and reside within a commutable distance of Burlington, MA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
