Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented individual that can work closely with our Managers and Real Estate agents in training and administrative support to join our high growth team. The Regional Support Specialist (RSS) will provide regional support across multiple assigned locations. The RSS’s goal is to support agents so that the agents can be more productive and compliant. This role involves offering technical and operational guidance to the real estate agents, administrative tasks, training, troubleshooting areas for improvement and customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong communication skills, training skills and enjoys solving problems to maintain efficient service delivery. Assigned locations include Belmont, Meredith, and Wolfeboro, NH. Periodic travel to local offices is required. Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to engage in real estate sales during their free time.
Responsibilities
- Agent Support and Development
- Provide comprehensive training and support to agents on our technologies, software, marketing and other tools
- Contribute to the professional growth of agents by organizing training sessions and workshops
- Coordinate office CEU and informational sessions and workshops
- Assist agents in learning and utilizing marketing resources and platforms
- Get experienced agents familiar with all of our tools & services as well as preferred vendors and ancillary partners.
- Support Regional Manager with business plan development and follow-ups throughout the year
- Willingness to support the company as a whole with your attitude and dedication
- Work with agents who need assistance with technology adoption
- Identify agents struggling with specific tools or platforms and provide individualized support
- Collect feedback from agents on technology needs and challenges and report to the RSS Coordinator
- Provide support for real estate forms, documents, and processes
- Office Management and Administrative Support
- Manage opening and closing procedures as needed
- Maintain office equipment
- Create and update marketing materials as needed such as flyers for window displays
- Assist with planning and execution of company and regional events
- Help regional manager’s recruiting & retention efforts
- Assist with planning and execution of company and regional events
- Other duties that may arise
- Company Initiatives
- Coordinate with various departments to implement company-wide initiatives and drive Key Performance Indicators
- Assist in gathering and reporting office performance metrics
- Support and promote monthly events and initiatives from the company content calendar
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of real estate technology and software
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate-specific software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices (preferred)
- Good presentation skills both in person and over Zoom
- Ability to work in the office daily and travel across the service region
- Have dependable transportation available to travel between offices
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with some weekends
Additional responsibilities to include other tasks as needed and determined by management

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
