Your Impact as a Regional Sales Executive:
As a key player in our sales team, you’ll drive revenue by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting Veransa’s sustainable products. This role is perfect for self-motivated, results-oriented professionals who want the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new customers through market research, networking, and outreach/cold calling.
✅ Sales Presentations – Deliver compelling presentations to showcase Veransa’s products and solutions.
✅ Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term partnerships.
✅ Negotiation & Closing – Secure profitable deals and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
✅ Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of industry trends and provide valuable insights.
✅ Sales Reporting & Customer Service – Maintain records, address customer needs, and ensure satisfaction.
✅ Collaboration – Work with internal teams (accounting, logistics, product development) to drive success.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven sales experience, ideally in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or related industries.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
✔ A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✔ Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
✔ Knowledge of the agricultural or horticultural industries is a plus.
✔ Ability to travel as needed and commute to Sarasota for meetings.
