Job Description
The Clinical Feeding Intervention Specialist position is an administrative and clinical leadership role that provides clinical oversight for a team of therapists and clients in the Healthy Beginnings program. The specialist works closely with the Director of Healthy Beginnings to facilitate day-to-day operations of the program and is responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing individualized feeding programs for clients in need.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct family training according to insurance authorization and in adherence to the requirements of the Healthy Beginnings program.
- Supervise assigned team members in all administrative functions and various platforms of VB, including approval of time sheets, daily schedule, training, and full cycle of admission.
- Utilize assessment tools and methods to gather information on clients' feeding behaviors and preferences.
- Develop individualized feeding intervention plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based ABA strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
