What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Feeding Program Manager position at Verbal Beginnings?
About the Role:
The Clinical Feeding Specialist will be responsible for managing a team of therapists and developing individualized feeding programs for clients in the Healthy Beginnings program.
This program provides intensive therapy services to children who require additional support, and the Clinical Feeding Specialist will work closely with the Director of Healthy Beginnings to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct family training according to insurance authorization and Healthy Beginnings program requirements
- Supervise assigned team members in administrative functions and various platforms
- Develop and implement individualized feeding intervention plans using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Create and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to address feeding issues
