River and Shuttle Guides for Verde River with Verde Adventures

Verde Adventure, the valley's original and largest river & wine tour company, is hiring great guides and shuttle drivers for our Verde River operations! Join our team and work outdoors in the beautiful Verde River Valley in Cottonwood and Camp Verde, sharing the area's cultural and natural history.

• Guides MUST be 25 years or older, live locally, have transportation, be fun, safety-minded, and self-motivated, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• All scheduling is done electronically, so you must have a SMART phone with internet capabilities.
• You must be able to pick up and carry 60lbs, work long days during the summer, and endure weather and river extremes.
• You must have a clean DMV report with an excellent driving record and the ability to drive vans and backup small trailers.
• Please have your DMV report with you for your interview.
• This is a full-time, seasonal, tipping position from March until October
• We do have several seasonal positions available through November as well.

Wages:

• $17 tips to training first 30 working days ($100 to $200 per day avg.) for guides & shuttle drivers
• $18 tips after 30 working days ($100 to $200 per day avg.) for guides & shuttle driversJob Type:

Experience:

• None we will train you to be a fantastic river guide

Education:

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)

Additional Compensation:

• Tips of approximately $5 to $15 per hour worked
