What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently and exceed customer expectations. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations across customer accounts, managing resources effectively, and maintaining high standards of service. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety First!
- Ensure the well-being of your team by identifying and addressing safety hazards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce the use of PPE.
- Promote a culture of safety through training and proactive risk management.
Sustainability Champion
- Lead initiatives that prioritize eco-friendly solutions.
- Educate and engage employees in sustainable practices.
- Work with vendors to promote responsible sourcing and green cleaning methods.
Social Impact & Inclusion
- Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Work with corporate partners to implement community volunteer initiatives.
- Embody and promote Verde’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
Operational Excellence
- Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns, ensuring top-notch service.
- Schedule and manage team assignments to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain high standards through routine inspections and compliance measures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget management, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in operations management (preferred).
- 2 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking and manual tasks (handling equipment, repetitive motions).
- Occasional standing and sitting.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
