- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, and taking messages
- Coordinate appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role
- Proven skills in time management, organizational skills, and computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
