Summary Of Position Functions

This is a summer intern position to work in the Marketing Department. The candidate will assist Veregy in their goal of simplifying and accelerating the energy transition by assisting customers with their marketing needs.

Essential Position Functions

• Assist regional managers with marketing support.
• Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with sales enablement tools.
• Design marketing collateral.
• Help with content creation (blog posts, social media, email campaigns).
• Conduct market research.
• Support event planning and coordination (travel required).

Education And Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Marketing bachelor program or equivalent.
• Responsible self-starter with the ability to take direction and work alone.
• The ability to drive oneself to jobsite locations. Travel is required. Expenses will be reimbursed.

• Knowledge (Intermediate to advanced) of various operating systems, software products (e.g. MS Office, etc.), is required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time / workload.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to write routine reports, proposals, and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and staff.
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
