Responsibilities :
- Qualifying and underwriting by understanding needs, risk characteristics, loss experience to develop coverage and premium proposals
- Leading negotiations with respect to terms and premiums to handle renewals and attract new business and administering the process
- Responsible for issuing binders, policies, and endorsements
- Fostering positive working relationships with internal and external parties
- Building and maintaining strong broker relationships
- Performing other duties as assigned
