POSITION SUMMARY
The Head of Industrial Culture / Operational Excellence & Project Management Office is responsible for developing and implementing a holistic Lean Industrial Culture & Project Management Office. This role will oversee all Industrial Performance-related programs at Cambridge & Burlington facilities. You will be expected to challenge the status quo, support, develop and push the team to achieve their highest level of performance. As the Head of Project Management, work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute strategy and a plan that aligns with overall company strategy and goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, establish, execute and oversee a Lean Transformation program that results in improved safety culture, increased efficiency, reducing quality events and costs.
Focus on all Lean elements (i.e. daily huddles, QDCI; Gemba problem solving).
