Job Description :
Required Tech stack: ServiceNow EC/other modules for marketplace & catalog, ServiceNow/Terraform integration, ServiceNow/CDK integration, ServiceNow/JIRA integration, ServiceNow/FinOps integration, ServiceNow/Asset Management integration
Skills required: ServiceNow Catalog and Portal Developer
- Expertise in managing and setup ServiceNow service catalogs and customizing the Service Portal
- Create ServiceNow workflows for marketplace operations and workflows (including custom approvals)
- Experience implementing custom intake forms in ServiceNow, custom metadata and attributes for services
- Experience developing custom UI/UX over ServiceNow Marketplace (Employee Center) for enhanced user experience Integration and Marketplace
- Automation: Code integrations of marketplace with external systems (e.g., FinOps, Asset Management)
- Experience implementing APIs and orchestration flows (e.g., AWS CDK) CMDB and Infra Product Lifecycle
- Configuration and maintenance of the CMDB to track infrastructure products and dependencies
- Strong understanding of infra product lifecycle management
