Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Engineer at Veridian Tech Solutions, Inc., you will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily production needs of our logistics business unit
- Engaging in our Daily Management system (CBS) to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with logistics team members to identify gaps in area metrics
- Executing Continuous Improvement activities related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity
- Working closely with safety departments, maintenance teams, tool rooms, or external vendors to support improvements
You will also have the opportunity to participate in kaizen events, facilitate creation of operator instructions and work aids, and provide ME support in various stages of Build along with shop floor coordination.
