Job Description:
Collaborating with business leaders, technology partners, and other stakeholders to define and create a comprehensive product roadmap.
Overseeing the development and implementation of technology assets/products, ensuring all project requirements are met on time and within scope.
Managing product changes, ensuring modifications are aligned with business objectives and handled effectively throughout the development lifecycle.
Leading the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, coordinating with internal teams and users to ensure the final product meets business requirements.
Ensuring smooth implementation of products, providing technical support and guidance as needed during the rollout phase.
Managing and continuously improving the end-to-end user experience for the assigned technology assets/products.
Acting as a subject matter expert on behalf of the business, representing business interests throughout the project lifecycle.
Acting as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensuring proper documentation is maintained for all project activities, from planning to execution.
