Job Description:
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics, CS or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years in this capacity is a must
Technical Skills:
- Previous CAT experience is a must!
- Experience with machine controls, software, testing and simulation methods
(Desired)
- Caterpillar Large Mining Trucks and Off Highway trucks knowledge. Preferably at machine level or system integration level.
- Expertise / Understanding of machine performance, controls and software development
- Some expertise in Caterpillar Dynasty tool
- Some understanding of truck applications
- Some understanding of Autonomous operations
Soft Skills:
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active problem solver
