  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
  3. Required: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in leasing, lending, or financial services technology.
  4. Preferred: Experience with leasing/lending platforms (e.g., Alfa or Loan IQ) and understanding of the lending lifecycle.
  5. Technical Skills:
  6. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  7. Experience with data modeling, APIs, and integration methods.
  8. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  9. Ability to create workflows, user stories, and business process documentation.
