In Brief

We’re seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for our founders. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at operational efficiency, and can effortlessly transition between strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partner to Founders : Collaborate with the founders to prioritize, manage, and execute key initiatives, freeing up their focus for core growth strategies.

Special Projects Leadership : Take ownership of high-leverage projects that don’t fit neatly into existing roles or teams, driving them from inception to execution.

Operational Optimization : Streamline workflows across sales, marketing, and operations to improve efficiency and scalability.

Administrative Excellence : Handle a wide variety of administrative tasks with speed, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of cross-departmental initiatives.

Process Improvement : Implement new tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Required

3–7 years of experience in operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth startups or similar environments.

Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing operational improvements.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, GSuite) and a knack for automation .

Bonus

Familiarity with the fintech, regtech, or identity industries in the United States.

Previous experience working directly with founders or executive leadership.

Experience with sales and marketing operations and tooling – especially Hubspot.

Knowledge of basic financial modeling or reporting .

Data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar)

Knowledge of automation tools, especially new AI tooling.

Base salary range : $100,000 - $150,000.
