Product Manager, Verily Health Platform

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager for our Verily Health Platforms team. In this role, you will support the full portfolio, building platform services and tools to power the development, interoperability, and innovation behind our core products such as Onduo, Verily Value Suite, and OneFifteen.

As part of the Verily Life Sciences Product Management team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Clinical, Marketing, Business, Regulatory and more, to drive products from conception to launch, towards the mission of marking the world's healthcare data useful so that people enjoy healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product roadmap and priorities along with the business plan for your product. Drive products through their end-to-end lifecycle, from requirements gathering to scoping, roadmap planning, execution, delivery, continuous improvement and growth.
• Act as a liaison for multiple cross-functional stakeholder teams, including UX, Engineering, Clinical, Business Development, Legal, Finance, Regulatory and subsidiary organizations.
• Drive strategy and management of diverse collaborations and partnerships and serve as the external and internal point of contact for key partners.
• Define product strategy, leveraging creativity, deep understanding of healthcare providers and payor stakeholder pain points, desired gains, market trends and competitive landscape.
• Manage complex schedules that involve both internal and external teams, across hardware and software. Multi-task and prioritize activities for quick execution of critical path work items.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in software product management - specifically focused on creating platform capabilities that can be leveraged to build other applications
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and influencing skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships across functions.
• Track record of thoughtful, user-focused product insights and strong customer management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building health-related products, particularly as it relates to the use of data frameworks such as FHIR
• Experience shaping healthcare information technology strategy in complex regulatory, reimbursement and policy environments.
• Experience building businesses/deployment pathways in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and evolve product strategy based on research, data, legal/business needs, industry trends and technology landscape.
