As a UX Program Manager you’ll combine expert program management skills with a passion for user experience to help the UX team smoothly navigate complex processes and deliver work efficiently. You will define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights and ensure projects meet deadlines. You’ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, Content Designers, and other UX disciplines, while also working closely with our Engineering, Product Manager, Clinical and Regulatory cross-functional partners, to drive UX team objectives. You are a master planner and a flexible project manager who can balance multiple streams of activity and pay close attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000 - $123,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UX team in defining team priorities and oversee key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes. Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentations.
- Drive required changes that make the UX team efficient and effective so the team can deliver on-time and high quality deliverable and end product user experience.
- Provide clear communication to cross-functional teams including UX team priorities, resource requirements, and risks.
- Manage UX team operations, this includes onsite/offsites, design activities, budgeting and comms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in UX programs and operations or a related field.
- Experience in program management in design or UX organizations.
- Knowledge of design and project management software, development tools and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building team culture and impact.
- Familiarity with healthcare product development.
- Knowledge of UX Design discipline and familiarity with the other UX disciplines.
- Knowledge of Jira and Figma.
- Excited by the challenge of creating order in an ambiguous environment.
