We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to assist with operations within the Precision Health Platform (PHP). Your mission is to assist product development squads using agile principles to execute programs which improve the happiness, creativity, and velocity of anyone building on or integrating with Verily’s platform.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 - $155,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Description
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to assist with operations within the Precision Health Platform (PHP). Your mission is to assist product development squads using agile principles to execute programs which improve the happiness, creativity, and velocity of anyone building on or integrating with Verily’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a variety of cross functional stakeholders including UXD, SWEs, and Product Management among others to drive the roadmap through to completion. Continuously manage tradeoffs when delivering against the roadmap and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Iterate on processes, allowing them to scale, and Verily to release working software faster.
- Establish and continuously monitor KPIs to ruthlessly prioritize work that will add the most benefit against the KPIs.
- Communicate with Sr. Leadership on a regular basis to defend and amend priorities, surface risks and mitigation strategies, and provide status updates on large XFN efforts.
- Work with Engineering Managers and Technical Leads to effectively manage resources to staff projects in accordance with the priorities set.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong track record as TPM or similar role, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience experimentation, release management and/or engineering management working on software engineering projects.
- Ability to turn intractable problems into smaller solvable problems.
- Experience in Health Tech / Software.
- Proven capability to land and execute complex product development projects with multiple Sr. stakeholders.
