Overview of Job Function :

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise IT is responsible and accountable for the development, refinement, and architecture design of the Enterprise applications and process improvements within the Enterprise Applications area as well as leading a small, global team. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise IT operates as a liaison and manages the relationships between the businesses, technical, and Architecture areas through requirement gathering, solution development, project planning and execution. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise IT is critical in developing standards and governing developed standards are utilized and upheld throughout the organization. Assess software and application requirements by analyzing their impact on new or existing processes to meet evolving demands.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities :

Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Lead new IT initiatives, Software evaluations and POC’s

Design and oversee the implementation of architectural standards, documentation and architecture tools.

Lead a small, global team of engineers to deliver quality results and collaborate effectively with other teams. Ensure the team is equipped with the right tools and training to be engaged effectively. Manage and develop the talent to ensure there is proper business goal alignment.

Provide expert technical advice and build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior IT management to be recognized as a trusted advisor.

Strong attention to detail combined with good technical documentation skills including use case diagrams, process flows and data flows. Enforce the documentation standards across the team.

Identify opportunities for automation and integration to optimize processes and workloads.

Collaborate with business and technology leaders to develop a clear technology strategy, aligning with business goals to deliver measurable outcomes.

Lead the delivery and solutioning in the areas of Enterprise Data Warehouse and SaaS applications.

In-depth understanding of and working knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.

10 years’ experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, and application development of various systems coupled with 6 years of progressive people leadership experience.

Strong technical background in high availability, high volume systems and automation integration leveraging APIs with multiple technologies, tools and programming languages.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and collaborate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and influence team decisions.

Adapt effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while managing multiple priorities.

Experience working in a matrixed organization, or large team collaboration environment.

Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, develop, and performance manage a small, global team.

Ability to travel up to 10% domestic / international.

This is a hybrid role that will require at least 1-2 days at minimum per week in the Alpharetta, GA office and may taper off once fully onboarded.

Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.

Preferred Requirements :

Experience with SaaS applications including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and ServiceNow

Preferred people management experience of over 4-6 years

Onshore and offshore team management experience leading complex projects.

Web Services : Rest and Soap-based APIs.

Strong alerting and monitoring technologies background, with Splunk experience
