Are you passionate about maintaining ethical standards and ensuring compliance in a dynamic organization? ExpertCare Management Services is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support our compliance initiatives, conduct investigations, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to fraud prevention and accreditation compliance, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Compliance & Investigations
- Conduct fraud investigations, document findings, and report cases to the Attorney General as needed.
- Stay ahead of emerging fraud trends and implement preventative measures.
- Ensure compliance with CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) by developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Prepare for and coordinate audits with external agencies.
Policy & Procedure Management
- Review and enhance compliance policies to align with industry standards.
- Implement new technologies and procedures to strengthen fraud prevention efforts.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to ensure a culture of compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
✔Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in compliance, auditing, or fraud prevention is a plus.
✔Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, review policies, and ensure adherence to regulations.
✔Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to investigate compliance issues and recommend effective solutions.
✔Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and external agencies.
✔Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
