Change Management Responsibilities :
Professional will be responsible for drafting, completing, approving, and implementing operational / facility change processes and subsequent change controls. Ability to conduct impact assessments and work with a variety of functions to assure compliance in a GMP facility. Will include new site construction, building modifications, personnel relocation and production systems deployment while minimizing disruption and aligning initiatives with the company goals, often through effective communication and stakeholder management.
