Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Recruiter Responsibilities :
1. Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.Use various platforms, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract top talent.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.Build and maintain a strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement. Work in coordination with Marketing Project Manager.Represent the company at events to support talent hiring and ensure the pipeline of talent is ready and qualified for future opportunities for all anticipated roles.2. Screening and Coordination
Review applications and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Assist in evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.Manage interview logistics, including booking meetings, providing interview details to candidates, and sending reminders.Ensure timely communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.Participate in daily meetings to classify and initiate requests into the Talent Acquisition process.Coordinate with request owners to qualify opportunities, define accurate job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with guidelines in addition to negotiating salaries and presenting job offers to candidates.3. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with recruited and referred candidates to provide a positive and engaging recruitment experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with external talent partners.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations throughout the hiring process.Maintain consistent communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged.Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.Gather candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process.4. Documentation and Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements and assist with updates to align with continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in preparing and processing offer documentation based upon hiring.Create comprehensive job postings that accurately define / reflect the job requirements, appropriate salary ranges, and internal job classifications.5. Collaboration and Communication
Partner with hiring team to understand hiring needs and priorities.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.Participate in recruitment and management meetings and provide updates on candidate pipelines.Collaborate with hiring team to drive continuous, up to date status of candidate and drive hiring decisions.6. Metrics and Reporting
Track and analyze key recruitment KPI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.Prepare and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges to provide insights into recruitment trends and areas for improvement.Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, propose solutions and update procedures and trainings.Assist in maintaining recruitment-related dashboards and analytics tools.Requirements :
Education and Experience :This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or Scientific degree.
10 years' experience in life sciences environment.
Five years of direct experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection based upon the defined business need.A solid understanding of applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.Experience utilizing recruiting platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools and techniques.Candidate must be versed in the core services of the organization in order to understand and help define job requirements to create comprehensive and compliant job postings to identify top candidates and support consistent talent pipelines.Required Skills :Project management with proven ability to create achievable project plans using state- of-the art project management tools. Microsoft Project at a minimum
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPointWord (work with large documents containing tables, TOC, styles, track changes)
Excel (create, modify charts, filter data, use of functions within multiple worksheets)MS Project (schedule creation, milestone tracking and management, and assignment of resources)PowerPoint (customize templates, make presentation interactive, professional layout)Intermediate Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Proficiency with CRM Systems; Salesforce preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated understanding of GxP PrinciplesAbility to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.Required Abilities / Attributes :Results-driven and goal-oriented

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
