What we are looking for :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to assist with the daily operations of our hub located in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports and / or Pokémon cards, coupled with experience in logistics.
Responsibilities :
- Intake and Inventory Management : Manage the intake of packages containing sports and Pokémon cards. Ensure accurate logging and tracking of inventory using our inventory management system.
- Shipping and Distribution : Coordinate the shipping process for outgoing packages, ensuring timely and secure delivery to designated recipients. Implement shipping protocols to maintain the integrity and safety of valuable items.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular audits and quality checks to verify the condition of items entering and exiting the facility. Implement procedures to safeguard against loss, damage, or theft.
- Security and Compliance : Maintain strict security protocols to protect stored items. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies regarding handling and storage of valuable assets.
Requirements :
Compensation : $20-$25 per hour
