ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Oversee, organize and report on interconnected projects within the company
- Establish project plans for purposes of delivery of scope of work and financial planning
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Viewed as a subject matter expert with the ability to research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to projects
- Consults on technical, complex problems on multiple projects, and provides consultative support to the project teams
- Responsible for the overall coordination of project schedules
- Help establish performance metrics for production of work
- Assists in project sales calls, kickoff meetings, vendor selection and other new business development ideas
- Participate on customer calls and internal calls
- Provide recommendations / suggestions for quality improvement and work efficiencies
- Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed and contribute to company strategies and plans
- Evaluate scopes of work
