Job Description:
Veritas Care of Maine, LLC is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Community Adult Case Managers to join our team providing case management services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Bangor, ME area.
We are currently looking for Two Case Managers that will cover a caseload of 25-30 clients each in the Bangor, ME area.
The position is working remotely from your residence and all the necessary equipment needed for you to accomplish our goals together will be provided. This includes: laptop computer, monitor, company cell phone, printer /scanner, and work supplies to ensure you are being supported as a new team member. Occasional travel to the main office in South Portland as needed to achieve business objectives.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from anaccreditedfour-year institution. At least one year of full-time professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illness, or challenging behaviors required.
· Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years.
· Must pass all required background checks.
Pay and Benefits:
· Hourly wage of $24.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience.
