Receptionist

Veritas Law is looking to expand its tight-knit team to include a part-time Receptionist. Our current team consists of two attorneys, a senior paralegal, and a firm administrator. Good sense of humor, excellent people skills, and a team spirit are musts!

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for new leads and existing clients alike. You should be personable and highly empathetic, as we handle cases of all types - from Family Law to Civil Litigation to Estate Planning. You will be responsible for providing all phone leads with firm information, scheduling consultations, and following up on intake documents. Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality are critical.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and compassion when interacting with potentially emotional or distressed individuals.

Our office is located in the Paulsen Center in downtown Spokane. Hours may vary from 12 to 24 hours per week, mostly afternoon shifts. We are open from 9-5 on Mondays through Thursdays and 9-12 on Fridays. Reception coverage would be 1-5 on Mondays through Thursdays, with the occasional morning shift to help with coverage as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
