Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments, stakeholders, and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an operations management or leadership role (Manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of logistics, scheduling, and project management.
