On-site, 5 days in IT Manager position available in Cockeysville, MD
Duties :
Integral Role in the company. Will be working side by side with the CIO to Plan, initiate, implement & manage IT projects. Develop & update project plans for IT projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Serve as liaison between business & technical aspects of projects. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Working as part of the IT team will also assist in the following duties.
- Act as first response to user issues both in-person and remotely, utilizing company Help Desk ticket system to track, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and escalating when necessary
- Apply updates and solutions to desktops and applications
- Perform maintenance on laptops, printers, other devices, and peripherals
- Provide support to conference room devices, assist in set up of webcasts, conference calls, and presentations
- Assist in IT onboarding of new employees including preparation laptops and installation of software
- Create documentation (user guides) for common errors, functions, and applications
- Track inventory of company devices and manage IT supply room.
- Travel to local offices when required.
