Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations Location: Seattle, WA Flexible work from home days Key Responsibilities: Reinforce culture of excellence in care and superior customer service Create team building and cohesiveness Help recruit new talent and retain top performers Work with employee development and coaching Responsible for clinic and regional level operations to include, but not limited to, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and profitability Monitor results and market conditions at the regional/ local level Plans and directs strategic actions to improve results at both the clinic, regional, and enterprise level Manage team performance Measure and manage company targets/ KPIs Education & Experience: 3+ years of prior experience with management of multi-site locations Clinical Degree Required in Physical or Occupational Therapy BS or master degree in business or related field preferred Clinical practice and director level responsibilities as prior experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Meet the educational and state requirements for Clinical Practice knowledge, skills and licensed in Physical or Occupational Therapy Upholds knowledge of and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care and other third-party payers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent leadership skills Ability to exercise mature judgement and initiative in analyzing problems and recommending/ implementing solutions to provide cost effective services Compensation Base Salary - USD $135,000 to $145,000 Benefits - Full Relocation Assistance Available - Yes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $135,084.00 - $145,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
