Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
