What you’ll be doing...
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving all technical activities related to their assigned security product within the portfolio - this role acts as the CTO of the product. This includes accountability for completing new technical features on time and within budget in coordination with business peers by managing expectations and ensuring communications with development resources. Further, this role will be accountable for understanding and providing direction / timeline for the resolution of defects and production issues.
The candidate will also be responsible for their roadmap related to the product(s) they support to drive technical requirements, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product features, and work with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to drive those efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology, infrastructure, scalability, and simplicity. The resource will be able to build new and leverage existing relationships to drive the successful delivery of the product and ensure the business can maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities will include :
- Delivering new products and features on-time and in-budget
- Identifying options and providing recommendations to resolve production issues
- Implementing embedded security within the network strategies and approaches
- Working in an agile environment with development and customer-facing organizations such as marketing and agencies
- Collaborating with business product management and marketing execution organizations to co-develop a roadmap
- Leading and participating on cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Development, GNT, Regulatory, Legal, IT, Operations, etc.
- Preparing and delivering executive communications for both business and technical leadership
- Benchmarking competition, evaluating new industry trends, and shaping future digital strategies that will drive future growth

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $119,000.00 and $221,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
