Cable Network Installation Expert

At Verizon, we're looking for a Cable Network Installation Expert to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and relocating outside plant infrastructure, including cables, poles, and hardware/fixtures.

You will carefully connect wires and cables to terminals and attach/detach various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, building or poles.

• Read and interpret engineering work orders to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
• Perform construction work using designated equipment.
• Operate Company motor vehicles to transport equipment.
• Work safely at heights, climbing ladders and poles, perceiving differences in wire and cable colors, and moving/lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.

This role requires working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
