What are the responsibilities and job description for the Enterprise ServiceNow Architect position at Verizon?
You will play a vital role in shaping our company's future by driving digital transformation initiatives and accelerating pre-sales operations. As a Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of a talented team collaborating with internal partners on their digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include supporting the maintenance and governance of our ServiceNow instance, configuring and customizing core ServiceNow applications and modules, and identifying and resolving issues with the ServiceNow platform. You will also develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations, as well as collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions. If you have experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, CMDB, SPM, in an enterprise environment, including workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Additionally, your knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Development, ServiceNow Scripting, and implementing ServiceNow Architecture would be highly valued. Your ability to design and architect solution design and architecture, leveraging best practices and OOTB capabilities, would also make you a strong candidate for this role.
