Additionally, you should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role will include:

- Maintaining and governing the PreSales ServiceNow instance for Verizon Business Group \
- Configuring, customizing, and managing core ServiceNow applications and modules to fit the specific needs of the business \
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools \
- Resolving issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems \
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations \
- Collaborating with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions \
- Developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to explore and validate new solutions and implementation approaches \
- Presenting demonstrations to key stakeholders and executive management \
- Providing technical guidance and support to peers and stakeholders \
- Enhancing your skill set and product knowledge to remain at the forefront of industry trends
