Responsibilities:
- Effectively troubleshoot and identify malfunctions and failures in equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy machinery and its components.
- Diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic breakdowns in Vermeer equipment as well as other ancillary brands.
- Generate service reports summarizing the work performed.
- Prioritize safety by consistently adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and standards during work.
- Foster positive customer relations through professional and courteous interactions
Qualifications:
- MUST own and maintain own set of tools and toolbox (wrench sets, socket sets, air tools, etc.)
- MUST have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong computer skills.
- High school graduate.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- MUST be able to lift up to 70 pounds

The ideal candidate is someone who's got a fantastic grip on both hydraulic and electrical systems and can easily understand a schematic.
